ABOUT ME
Tech-GC, excels at running heavy deal-cycles, scaling teams, M&A and fundraising.
I am a tech-GC, former world-class athlete, and graduate of Tsinghua University (Beijing) and Zurich University (Switzerland). I am also a graduate of Chinese University in Hong Kong where I read my PhD on comparative law.
Currently, I am GC at Fortis Games which is a unique hyper-growth company with the vision to create games that matter.
Before that, I was GC at MessageBird where I helped grow the company from 100 to more than 800 people, and oversaw commercial, corporate, regulatory, privacy and security. During this time, besides closing several multi-million dollar deals, my team and I also lead the largest series C fundraise in Europe to date (USD 1 bn).
I've worked in Switzerland, Hong Kong, China, Netherlands and Portugal. In 2022, I founded The Scale-up GC which is a boutique advisory practice where I partner with founders and executives on their scale-up journey.

I partner with founders and management teams of VC-backed high-growth companies in the EU and the US, particularly in the technology sectors, to provide practical guidance throughout their growth trajectory.
My typical mandate is a Seed, Series A or Series B company that do not have an experienced in-house team, and is looking for someone to raise the next fundraising round, partner on the Go-To-Market Strategy/Product roadmap and build out a legal team and strategy.
